Delete your account (in-app)

In the app: Settings -> Account -> Delete Account.

Deleting your account removes login access and direct account identifiers from active account records.

We do not store a persistent server-side history of translation content you submit (text, audio, images).

We may retain limited records for legal compliance, security, fraud/abuse prevention, and accounting where necessary.

Request deletion or ask a privacy question

If you cannot access the app, email us from your account email: alcovp@gmail.com.

Use subject: "Privacy Request". Include the email used in the app and your request details.

OpenAI processing notice

To perform translations, the app sends submitted content (text, audio, images) to OpenAI for processing.

The app requests explicit consent before first transfer.
